Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our customer service team via email or our online portal with your order number to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all architectural models, textiles, or home goods are protected to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping a copy of the tracking number for your records.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned item, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
